Tim Gardner offers a professional product to a discriminating audience. Clients are shown colored sketches or faux finish sample boards prior to the initiation of their project. Samples are approved and a deposit of half of the estimated bid is due before work is scheduled to begin. The remaining balance is due at the completion of the project. Each project is completely custom, therefore, fees per project are based individually on the size of project, the time needed to complete the project, the technique used (level of difficulty), and the materials needed to complete the project.
